By accessing or using EmiGuru ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. EmiGuru is operated by Saga Softwares ("Company", "we", "us").
EmiGuru is a cloud-based SaaS platform designed for retailers to manage EMIs, inventory, sales, customer records, and business analytics. The Service is provided on a subscription basis.
Access to EmiGuru is provided through credentials issued by the Company. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
EmiGuru offers multiple subscription plans. Fees are charged in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in these Terms or required by applicable law.
We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.

You retain ownership of all data you input into EmiGuru ("Customer Data"). The Company claims no intellectual property rights over your Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely to provide the Service.
Our use of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
We target 99.9% uptime for the Service. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We will provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.
The Service, including all software, designs, logos, and content created by EmiGuru, is owned by the Company and protected by Indian and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease. You may export your data within 30 days of termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Panipat, Haryana, India.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
